Teacher's Corner Daily Usage Stats - 30 days

So do you check your blogs statistics? I do check it regularly and up until today I really have no idea how the stats come about. Is it the number of visitors? Number of hits? I know that this blog will have a higher stat if I have a lot of comments....I mean spammers to approve or decline.

The highest number of stat I've seen so far is 1,200/day. Now, like I said I'm not sure how the 1200 came about. I know I deleted about 200+ comments/spams some days. The ISP is always the same so I know the source is only 1. But why would it spike the stat to 1000+ if it's only from one ISP? Hmmm...

Anyone knows how this Usage Stat comes about?
